Challenges
The game of "Would You Rather" that Carter, McKay, and Keller play while trapped in "Trio" goes a little farther. Instead of just asking about celebrities, they start asking about other members of the Atlantis expedition or the SGC. (Also, you could decide to change which characters got stuck down there) What secret feelings are revealed? Does Keller admit she has feelings for Ronon (or McKay)? Is Rodney carrying a torch for Sheppard? What's actually going on with Carter and O'Neill? What else can you come up with? Any pairing you like, although there was definately a hint of McKay slashiness in the show, and that would be interesting.
A View of married life on atlantis
John is married to Teyla and Rodney is married to Laura Cadman. John has been married to Teyla for a few months and Rodney has been married for a year. Could show the dymanics of each other of relationships from either the point of first date to eventually marrying their respective partners. Set sometime in the future.

Free to work with Dr. Beckett since Woolsey is now in charge, I would like to see a story line where the protein marker left in Carter's blood from Jolinar is a key part to defeating the Wraith. Please work in a newly forming relationship between Carter and Dex since she isn't anyone's boss anymore. I would also like to see more Keller/McKay
