Oh Ronon =( This is great backstory, albeit painful and sad. Nice piece of writing!
Author's Response: Thank you. It is a bittersweet story.

I thought this was a beautiful story, I love Ronon as a character and I think you really captured him here.
The story is so bittersweet, I mean he survived, the encounter made him turn the tide on the Wraith and hunt them back but no one knows about the attack.
Beautiful job.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for the feedback! I was beginning to think this might have been too dark. This story was inspired by the episode Michael and written before Sateda. I was really interested in the deep hatred Ronon has for the wraith. I mean, there just seemed so much more untold. I'm really happy you thought the story was "bittersweet." That's what I was going for...I wanted to frame Ronon's desolation and despair in the context of the "family" he has now. Thank you again for the feedback! It means a lot! sr
