Ahhh Eurovision.... Of course, it's proper name is Musical Politics.... *blink* I've just proved the author's comment about Brits 100% correct...
Oh well, I loved John's reaction. You can really see it.

Hang on! Wogan's Irish!?!?!
And the man is not an insitution -he's a GOD -I pray for his sense of humour and and ache-ingly accurate dry wit every day...

Author's Response: Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. If we didn't complain about block voting what would be do? Enter a good song? Surely not. And yes. Wogan is god.

And you so deserved the dreaded NIL points! Kicking out an act that might have actually won, in favour of the thing with the airplane! It was painful to watch.

I love how it's always political voting, and not the fact that we sucked! (Holland, nil points!)

Author's Response: The airline things was atrocious wasn't it? I think there should be the chance to vote against your own entry, give it negative marks, not just for other countries.

I loved this. And I'd have to agree with you Terry Wogan is an institution. BTW this years eurovision was one of the worst in recent years and if you watch it almost every year you know that, that really is saying somthing

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked this. I'm also glad I didn't catch it this year if it was bad. It has to be said I saw the UK entry and was too appalled to watch.

Hehe, kind of funny =p
I didn't know what it was until it said drag queen...then I realised.
(I liked Romania's entry, though the whole thing is stupid =))

Author's Response: For some reason I had this stuck in my head and it was in the way of my other stories. I have to say I didn't watch any of it this year, but I did see photos. I was too mortified by Britain's entry.
