Great job with Sam's feelings of isolation and the disappointment that the job isn't what she expected and her new people are less than accepting of her. I can see how that, combined with the suggestive noises, could lead her to do what she did in the shower...Not a very leaderly thing to do though and I suspect Sam's got a bit more contemplation ahead of her.
