I enjoyed this. Zelazny has always been a great favorite and I love the mystery of who John and Rodney's real enemies are and what world are they on? Thank goodness for Teyla, who he will find can kick butt and watch his back and just maybe introduce him to a really big dreadlocked guy who would do the same. To bad this maybe is a one shot. I would really like more.

Author's Response: I loved Zelazny, as was probably apparent. Doorways in the Sand was my favorite -- hey, I should do a fusion with that one ;) -- but Dilvish was right up there. I only wish I had Zelazny's talent. *snicker* And, yeah, it was a one shot, though I wouldn't swear on a bible to that or anything, but I'm happy someone would at least read it if I did write more, as well as thankful that you enjoyed this one. :D

I liked this fic. Since I have not read any of Roger Zelazny's work, it makes it all the more interesting. I am very curious though to find out how John ended up in Hell to begin with and furthermore to find out how Rodney became an entity in a computer.

Author's Response: Actually, plotwise the only thing it shares with the Dilvish stories is that the characters were sent to hell, and later escaped, and that one of them is something other than what they appear to be. Stylewise what it shares is that Zelazny never much explains how his characters wound up in Hell, nor quite how they escaped, so the confusion is definitely reminiscent. ;) Hopefully you were able to follow along well enough from context, and can enjoy a sense of mystery. *snicker* I'm pleased you liked the story even with all the oddities, though, and mucho thankses for reading. :)

An intriguing concept. Can't say I'm sorry to see Kolya get his comeuppance :). It was good to see them finding Teyla too, finding someone with the potential to be a friend in a world of people out to see them in Hell.

Author's Response: Certainly Kolya deserved what he got... but then I obviously like making him my bad guy of choice. ;) And thank you kindly, missy, I'm glad you liked it. :)
