I never thought of looking at Rodney calling him John that way, but it works really well. I have to say, they way you have John slumped against the wall, hugging himself, creates a really great, emotional visual. The body language speaks volumes.

I'm glad the two of them are ok. I actually thought you were going to go a different direction with the "Rodney calling him John," thing. I thought it would be more of an increased intimacy thing, rather than a manipulation thing. I enjoyed the fic, thanks ;)

Very Good story. If this was a painful moment between then, then how would Rodney wanting to die to save his sister and then what John did, effect them? Kind of hoping for a sequel.
