There may not have been much plot, but there was enough to take the story to all sorts of interesting and fun places. I laughed most of the way through.

All good, but the Rodney/John with food fun was extra yummy.

If you get a minute - fortnight isn't much used in contemporary American English - as in pretty much not at all.

I'm not usually a huge crossover fan but you made this very appealing (who can resist a pet pterodactyl?) and unbelievably *hot*. I loved Rodney's reaction on John's return as well. Kudos to you--very well done! (Where do I sign up for this kind of vacation package??)

Author's Response: *grins* Thank you, I'm glad you gave it a chance and enjoyed it. (I wish I knew where to get that kind of vacation myself).

Excellent story. I did enjoy the pretty *g*. Poor oblivious John, he really never sees it coming :). I loved that role reversal- I'm so used to John's unconscious flirting, so it was a lot of fun seeing him on the recieveing end of Jack's flirting, being the less smooth one.

What can I say about Jack/John other than OMG HOT!!!? Pretty guys doing really hot things to each other, but there was real feeling there too, and that just made it better. Loved how Jack clued John in about Rodney and how John then went for it, really putting some effort, or maybe that should be *intent*, into the flirting for once :). The only thing I now need to know is whether you've got plans to write the next vacation and that threesome Jack mentioned? *vbg* Also, I'm doing a happy jig because Torchwood's back next week. Yay!!

Author's Response: *laughs* I do love oblivious!John - and I thought it would be interesting to do because of the role reversal you mentioned, since John really isn't that smooth (it's just in comparison to Rodney). And I'm really pleased that you think there was feeling in there between Jack and John as well as the hot, thank you.rnrnI don't have any ideas for a sequel yet, sorry. But maybe after seeing the new TW series I'll be inspired.
