Sorry I missed this first time round really good story, glad I found it, like buried treasure:)

Author's Response: The beauty of archives, isn't it, that you can usually find something new, even if it's not. ;) But, yays, I'm glad you liked it, and thanks. :)

This wa quite a rollercoaster emotionally. Rodney went from despair to elation, even though that happiness was tainted a little by knowing he was going against John's wishes. And then there was John; both happy and not that he was back with Rodney, happy and not that Rodney needed him so much. Nicely done.

Laura.

Author's Response: I can see Rodney as not caring entirely about John's wishes if it meant that John wasn't around to be mad about it, for sure. ;) But I also think that for all John has certain values he tries to stick to, his sense of responsibility and protection of the others would make him adapt to the way things were if Rodney needed him. And, yay, I'm glad you liked it, missy. :)

Nicely written. I would think that out of all the plausible scenarios that the replicator versions would be the first to actually admit and act on their feelings.

Author's Response: Certainly the replicator versions would have less to lose in response to their being together. ;) And thanks, I'm pleased you liked it. :)
