Wonderfully written, as usual! And terribly sweet, in a sad way. Like the idea of Asgard tech to heal Carson. Why didn't they put that in the show?? It's a much more viable long-term option than the injections. Sigh. If only people like you were the writers of the show, it'd be much better, lol.

Oh, dear! I really liked the story BUT one misplaced phrase can spoil a whole scene. I was going along until I came to the phrase "a dog's breakfast", and I couldn't help laughing. You do know that Hewlett and McGillion are in a movie called "A Dog's Breakfast", right? Very funny and well worth seeing for DH's nude scene--but I digress. Point being, I LOL'ed at a serious moment in the story. You might want to reword that.

Other than that, love your work.

Author's Response: Well, considering that Carson used it in Kindred 2 onscreen, I didn't see any issue with it at all and deliberately used it because of that. To each their own. Glad you liked it otherwise.
