Yay for the promotions (and for the new bed *g*). I loved how John shut the irritating colonel up :). I'm not sure what to make of the disclosure in terms of Atlantis. Will it work in their favour, with the higher ups not wanting to recall everyone once the population knows about the expedition? Or will it mean more interference from the higher ups wanting to be seen to be in charge of the city?

Intriguing start. They've certainly got a lot of work ahead of them, especially given that they've got to keep it hidden. Can they pull it off? Will it even be necessary?
