Wow! *I* was scared for Carson, and I was pretty damn sure you were't planning on killing him, lol. Very sweet, very nerve-wracking, and very well written, as usual!

Author's Response: I'm always delighted when I manage to scare my readers like that. Thanks and I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Wow, that was an amazing story! It was extremely suspenseful and well-written. I loved your tender characterizations and the way you described their insecurity when they got together. I'm no fan of slash actually but this was a brilliant approach. Furthermore, for the most part the story was merely about deep friendship and that came beautifully across. Very imaginative story with great descriptions and scenes. I enjoyed the read from beginning to end!

Thank you very much for sharing!

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm really pleased you enjoyed it. A lot of my stories are less about the slashy smut than about the friendships and the relationships between the characters, so perhaps you might find some of the others interesting as well?

Author's Response: Hey, Rodney had to take care of Carson at some point. All that whumpage that Rodney gets? Carson needed a bit too.

I really like this story. It was well written. I like the way you discribed Carson's nightmares. And I am glad that he and Rodney got together.

Author's Response: The quality of dreams and nightmares is something that I actually love to explore in a lot of ways, both through fiction and in poetry. They're such a ripe field for imagery and emotion.
