You have a good grasp of their voices. I appreciate you not writing Carson words as "Scottish" but letting me fill in his accent in my own head. I love first meeting stories. This explains how Rodney could seem so mean to Carsom in "Rising" and yet they're still friends. I think you mean "schematics" and not "semantics".

Aww, this is so cute. They do make a good couple. I think I found a Freudian slip in this. You write: "How long does it take the run these testes?" (when the gene is just discovered). Testes? Rodney's hornier than he thought...
