The scene with Everett and Sheppard in the season opener was the most moving of the entire ep, to me. Everett's obvious struggle, his words to John...very intense. You've captured a bit of the feeling of that here, a bit of Everett's complexity, and Elizabeth's determined, empathic nature. Very nice.

Author's Response: Thank you. That's definitely what I was going for.

This was good, if a little sad. I only saw The Siege parts 1 & 2 the other day, so Everett is fresh in my mind. I have to say that I didn't like him to start with, but he did set his pride aside to let the more knowledgable people give him help, so he grew on me a little. And no one deserves to be drained by the Wraith. This was nice to see Elizabeth putting past differences aside. Laura.

Author's Response: She's compassionate. You're right, I can't see her doing anything else.
