Sheppard was either a Major or Lt. Colonel during his entire time in Atlantis. He was never a Lt. on the show. If you meant Lt. Colonel, that rank is addresses as Colonel.
*snort* Yeah, and from what spoilers I've read about The Hive, I so can't wait to see Rodney completely friggin lose it. *bounces eagerly* Then there's the whole "Rodney's trapped in a sunken Puddlejumper, hallucinating and talking to Sam Carter who really isn't there" scenario. Rodney nuts... Rodney whumped... I am such a happy camper! *snickersnort* Who, me sadistic? *nods vigorously* Great job on the ficlette, m'dear. ----}-@ Krys

I like your conclusion that one of them is gay, probably true . . . and there is meantion on the Grapevine that it's Rodney, but in the episode there's nothing to conclude it's with John, nor would Cadman have know necessary because they couldn't read each others mind . . . but the interaction between the two is nice and it's a good premise, I just feel it needs more to it, to make it believable : )

That sucks that "Duet" stole your story but this was excellent and you could keep going with this and get McShep together. I'd LOVE to read it:-)

Cake or death! I love that Eddie Izzard reference. :) I could just see Rodney phrasing it like that too. A great tag to the end of the episode with an interesting twist. Welldone.
Yeah, Rodney's a few anchovies shy of a full pizza right now. I think the "Snap!" he uttered in Siege 3 is going to be great foreshadowing of what actually happens to him. Great story!

I totally agree that Rodney's about to lose it, have you seen Trinity? Great story! Good characterization of Rodney, a lot went on in that ep that he will have to deal with later :D I'd love it if you continued it! I don't care if they did the same thing in Duet, I can't wait to read your other story! One minor nitpick, John is a Lt. Colonel, not just a Lieutenant *g*
