Great idea. I like bats too, though possibly not ones that use people as microphones ;). I loved Rodney's concern for John, especially telling Mar to stop hurting him, and I loved all his little aborted gestures and the confused expresion they caused on John's face. The concern hidden under banter was very Rodney, and John's stubborness was spot on too :). Laura.

*blinks* That was different. Liked that ya had non-humanoid sentient beings. OH! Maybe THEY are the Furlings? *pauses then shakes head* Naw, nevermind. Can't see that happening. Still a mighty fine fic, though. Thanks for sharing.
