I liked how you made the injuries more real, and life long. Most people gloss over that, and make them heal, perfectly. I know that most people want them perfect, or to go through something tramautic and come out none the worse, but it doesn't work that way.
I loved how you portrayed them in this story. Great job, I truly enjoyed it.

Yay!! for Sheppard logic. :) Gotta love a happy ending.
Heh. Just go easy on him, John... wouldn't want to aggravate those injuries, would we? *VBG* Wonderfully written. ----}-@ Krys
Great story. The action was exciting and worrying, and everyone's voices were spot-on. I loved the wy John and Rodney danced around the issue. It was understandable that they wanted to save themselves further anguish, but as John pointed out in the end, they were already beside themselves when the other came back injured, so they might as well have the fringe benefits *g*. And here I thought the avalanche was the big disaster. You surprised me. I'm glad they're together now and they're both alright. Good job with the story telling.
