This is really lovely. Deft insight into Rodney, his thoughts and feelings in the aftermath of the enzyme. Everything felt very immediate and present, and the ending with John, handled so well and subtle, and there's a real feeling of things moving underneath the surface with them both. Really enjoyed, thanks!

Very nice. It's interesting to see how Rodney's dealing with the enzyme aftermath, how he's coping (or not) after his taste of being the 'other guy', now that he's 'simply' Rodney again. I loved Ronan's talk with Rodney, how he got right to the heart of the matter with his usual sparse use of words. And I loved the conversation with John at the end, how John knew the right things to say. Laura.

Author's Response: Thanks, Laura. This was a story that was a bit of an unknown for me, I really had no idea where it was going, but it was really interesting to get to explore the characters and their differing reactions to losing the enzyme.
