I love this one, I think it's one of my favourite fics of yours. The characterisations are great. I love the playfulness in everyone. But I especially love the angst and hurt on John and Rodney's parts, how John hurts Rodney to protect himself but eventually realises that he doesn't need to hide from Rodney. I like Rodney in this too, how he does his own hiding behind his sarcasm and only gradually allows John to win him over again, protecting himself in his turn. I love the ending, how John gives himself to Rodney and trusts him even as he's panicking. I'm glad he did, because that was hot! Laura.
