Very nice character study of Kate. The idea that psychiatry wasn't her first profession works for me. I would love to see even more Kate stories.
Author's Response: I'm very likely to do more for her, since she is good to use to explore others too. She has this appeal as a character that gives me plot bunnies on her and makes me want to work her into stories generally. :)
