I wish this had been addressed on the show. Great job in tying up the loose ends.

Author's Response: I was also upset that they didn't address it on the show. That's why I wrote the story. Thanks for reading and I hope you read the rest of the series.

Thought this was a nice handling of the trust issue, with good characterisation. The grammar needs some work though, especially the tenses, you move from past to present tense and then back again, for no clear reason, it interrupts the flow of the piece. Looking forward to reading more, can't wait to get to the slash!

Author's Response: I know, my use of tenses is not good. I will try to work on it for the next story. The slash will come soon, I promise!

"After Duranda, I said that you would have to earn my trust back, and you don’t have to anymore." That sentence made me flinch. It's the "anymore", I guess. Other than that, I liked this.

Author's Response: Actually, that sentence bothered me too but I couldn't figure out why. You're right, it's the anymore. Thanks for noticing! It helps me when people comment on things like that.

Great start to the series. I liked how John really thought about things and realised that he'd never stopped trusting Rodney. It was nice to see them back on an even keel. Looking forward to more. Laura.

Author's Response: Thanks for reading and I'm glad you like it! I'll try to get the next part up soon.

Wonderfully done. I so wish they'd have tackled this issue (one of many, sadly) in the series, but alas and alack there's only so much they can tackle on a TV show. ;) Excellent job. ----}-@ Krys

Author's Response: I wish that they had dealt with it too and that's why I wrote the story. I hope they still do somewhere down the road. Anyway, thanks for reading! I'll get the next story up as soon as I can.
