Dorky, and yet sexy all the way through. Rodney is so sharply done - especially when he leaps to conclusions after dinner.

That was hot. Really hot. And totally in character, which is too cool for words. Great job.

Author's Response: Thank you!! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Lovely story. I loved nervous!John and clueless!Rodney, and the slight awkwardness as they tried to figure out whether Rodney was interested and then how far he wanted to go. I loved how the kissing progressed to touching and then Rodney suddenly *got* it and realised how much John wanted him. That rush he got was great and I liked that it moved him to action. very hot and sweet. Laura.

Author's Response: Thank you! I've wanted to write a John and Rodney date fic for a long time but the earlier attempts never quite jelled. I'm pleased you liked this one, though. Thank you. /g/

I really enjoyed this story very much. A great first date and even though it's not likely it would be nice to see how things develop...perhaps a wedding or something. They really hit it off and you had great chemistry w/ the guys. Thanks for sharing.

Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've had thoughts about how they come out now that they're dating, but I don't think they'll ever make it to paper. It's more of a fun thing to think about in idle moments than a story. Thank you for the feedback. It's appreciated.
