Hi! Nice to have a look at these famous mails!! I really like this character, and I regret there aren't more (good) stories coming after "Critical Mass". So, thank you for this!!

Author's Response: Thanks! I like Kavanagh - sad that they sent him back to earth - I really think he's an underutilized character, so I'm happy to hear you liked this portrayal.

Woah, this was amazing. When I saw the episode I was hoping that someone would take his side and show a different perspective than we get normally. This was exactly the sort of piece I was thinking of, you did a brilliant job of capturing his character and bringing him to life. I mean, even in the show his character is a bit pompous (as is McKay) but his perspective can't be denied. He is reasonable and I feel that Weir has taken some of his arguments against certain key members of the SGA personally, where she should just be looking out for everyone. Again, this was fantastic, I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your work in the future. *smiles* *waves*

Author's Response: I really like Kavanagh as a character, and I think it's unfortunate they didn't do more with him. He makes an interesting counterpoint to McKay. Thanks so much for the kind comments.

Wow. I love seeing this side of Kavanaugh. This is perfect. I intend to post a Kav fic soon. I hope you'll read and enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed this one.

Author's Response: Thanks so much! I'll keep an eye out for your Kav fic.

Good work! I'm not a huge fan of Dr Kananagh but this story gives another aspect to the guilt Elizabeth had in "Critical Mass." And I liked the way you made him more human.

Author's Response: Thanks so much! I think Kavanagh's a great character - I really wish they'd done more with him on the show.
