This always makes me so sad and yet I've still come back to reread it. I love the way you portrayed John and Rodney. Rodney's vision of the afterlife is just so beautiful...and the ending. I always get so weepy. I would like to know what John did, but then again maybe not. It's almost better with the mystery.

That was very moving. I liked the hope they had, and I loved knowing that our Atlantis is their heaven.
Ish so sad! :( I love how you portrayed this. Very cool alternate reality and very much in character. Poor guys. I love the last bit, very sad. *nods*

Definitly a bitter/sweet story, but one worthy of reading. I'm glad you gave a bit of hope, even if only in a dream of an afterlife someday. Thanks for a great read.
This was a really interesting idea and I loved how much they came to mean to each other even though they never really saw each other fully until Rodney was released. I thought it was a very plausible reason for Rodney to have ended up there, and I loved the mystery about what it was John did. Great story, bittersweet, and I liked Rodney's dream...sounded really familiar *vbg*. Laura.
Damnit,you made me cry!!!
