Although I'm sure Carson's gonna do a pinprick test on Rodney at some point ot check his blood glucose levels... otherwise, if Rodney has a hypoglycemic reaction in his sleep, he won't wake up. *bites nails* My brother had a friend who actually died... poor bastard didn't know he was hypoglycemic, and thought he had the flu. *shakes head* Went to bed and slept, and never woke up again. Author's Response: I did think about this. Honest. Don't worry - Carson has his little monitor in his pocket to check. He's too good a doctor not to (and we all know that Rodney's fine at the end!) I didn't write it because 1. I didn't think about it at the time, and 2. Sort of spoils the mood a little :) But rest assured, it's been checked! What a horrible thing to happen to your brother's friend. Just awful thing to happen. And, in other news, thank you for the kind words. They are so very much apprectiated.

A lovely story that really rang true, marvelous follow up to one of my fav eps.

I read this before somewhere else. It is well worth reading again. I enjoyed as much this time as I did the first time.

That was absolutely, perfectly in character. The dialogue played out well in my head, too. Funny, but with good intense little moments here and there.
