I love skewed reality stories, and this one had the bonus of reminding me of one of my favorite TNG eps, 'Remember Me'

That was creepy. The alternate John was so bitter-sweet. His relief of finally being with Rodney, but the horror that he had not been restored by the Wraith. And John, waiting for Rodney in his quarters...;)

This was great. I loved the way your Rodney got more and more desperate, and that the vanishing of Sheppard was his breaking point. You have a great Rodney voice, and he's really hard to grasp, so kudos for this piece.

An interesting take on the other dimension idea, with changes happening constantly rather than simply being a different, but whole, reality. Rodney's thoughts were great, that mix of worry, frustration, fear and determination to fix it, as well as his irritation at his own stupidity for not figuring it out quicker. It was sad when people like Radek and Carson disappeared, though nice to see Janet and Ford for a brief while. As for the John/Rodney bits; I loved the description of other John, how being in charge had changed him and the shock of imagining him Wraith-aged a bit. Even though John was so desperate, it was still incredibly hot and I loved our John's logic; expecting Rodney and other John to have done something and pleased when his suspicion was unwittingly confirmed by Rodney. I loved Rodney's determination that *his* John would not end up as desperate and drawn as the other if he had any say in it :). Laura.

Author's Response: Wow, thanks for the lovely feedback, I'm so glad you liked it.

Very nice. Poor Rodney, thinking he was going to be the only one left to remember anybody. I was sad when Zelenka disappeared and so sad to hear of a John that had been fed upon.

Author's Response: Thanks.

Wow! That was really good and a rather interesting concept. I want to say that there was a Star Trek episode similar to this, but I can't remember which show it was on. Azar

I'm impressed! I started reading your story thinking it wasn't going to be my cup of tea, but as we got to Alt-John and Rodney and the story's resolution I did a 180 on opinion. Wonderful writing and wrap up at the end.

Author's Response: Thank you, it means a lot that you kept reading even though you weren't sure about it, and I'm glad you liked it!
