oh wow! what a tug at the heart strings! especially when all the memories of John flashed through Rodney's mind just before he shot him. such a dark, beautiful, sad poetic story.

I know I did a review when you posted this in kill Weir, but I wanted to add my comment again. Just amazing. and touching, bitter sweet. *hugs*

Author's Response: Oh, thanks! It's pretty dark for me, but I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out.

Very dark, but I liked it.

Author's Response: Thanks, I don't often write things this dark because they're hard! Glad you liked it!

Holy crap, that was very sad...Wow. Everyone died. Now I'm depressed. Great story though, and again so very sad. *nod*

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. And sorry about the depression, I think I went through a whole box of kleenex writing it. I'm still not sure where it came from! On the other hand, I have written a couple of happier fics.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review! Sorry it took so long to respond. This story was came in a rush or I doubt if I could have gotten through it!! I have written a couple of other happier fics though ;-)

Oh, very sad :(. But also so very heroic. It was very in character for all of them to fight so hard against such overwhelming odds. I liked the little moments between John and Rodney too, how they said very little in words, but their eyes said so much. Laura.

Author's Response: Thanks, Laura, I was a little surprised where it went, but I was pretty happy with the story in the end.
