Oh God....this story is so beautiful. You HAVE to write a sequel please. I wonder how Rodney and John would act when they are back home...in their own quarters. Tell me there is more. I loved this story.

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm tempted with a third part - we'll see (I'm up to my ears in ideas and stories right now - which is a FAB place to be *g*). Whatever happens, I'm really glad you liked - ((hugs))

Thank you for the resolution. The ending of the first part had me tearing my hair out.

Author's Response: You and a few others *g*. I'm glad I wrote the coda... Thank you!

Holy shit. There so needs to be another part to this. The Aftermath. Just, wow. I'm thinking biological warfare on those bitches. 'Cause yeah, I wonder how much of that fucking shield goes underground, hrm? Revenge SO needs to be meted out. Please? *begs* Awesome... a wonderfully written and emotionally fraught story, m'dear. Thank you for sharing it. ----}-@

Author's Response: I've written a little comfort - but no revenge. I did wonder if they'd find a way into Atlantis and they have to be dealt with there... Maybe one day! Thank you so much for enjoying - and for taking the time for such a great piece of feedback!

Can you write a follow-up, where they get to go back and kick a--? Please!!

Author's Response: Thank you! Teensy follow up in 'Against Hope', but just comfort...

I've already told you this once, but really it bears repeating ... an amazing story. The differences in how they're treated, and how the reader knows what that will do to both of them - well, it carries such a powerful emotional punch. Hard to do, but exceptionally well-handled here.

Author's Response: Thank you - and comments like this are always worth hearing more than once :) I'm so glad I got persuaded into the sequel 'Against Hope'. It does balance the story. Though for me, the important part really *is* what you see of them in the first part - as you say - how they deal with what's happening, and how it affects them.
