Interesting idea. I'm struggling with how Rodney could be convinced to go, unless Rod was truly a self-serving manipulator--which I could see. In that case, it would be easy to convince Rodney that "his" people preferred "Rod" based on their canonical behavior. I wonder if Rodney will bother to try & return.
