Plot bunny for adoption. Product of copious lurking. Does exactly what it says on the tin. I was inspired by a vid that shows Gibbs smacking his team round the head, and a clip of John doing the same to Rodney, but I've never actually seen an episode of NCIS so I'm sending out the challenge. Almost anything goes, but a head smacking scene/referance would be nice.
