I love McShep fic, in particular first time stories, angsty stories with a happy ending, romantic stories with drama and a happy ending, or kink stories with a happy ending (notice a bit of a pattern there as regards endings?? *g*). Basically I prefer to read stories where John and Rodney become an item and are ultimately happy that they're together (trials and tribulations thrown into the mix to strengthen their undying love for each other is great too).
