Okay, medium height, weight. Brown hair and eyes.
Hobbies include reading (obsessively and compulsively), swimming, various eastern arts and writing (for the last ten years or so).
I only write when inspiration strikes, which for the SGA is seldom, as I don't see it enough on TV to be inspired. But occasionally I get ideas that usually have a historic bent, as evidenced in the first fic I post here.
I reviewed a lot before I joined, so anything that is signed with my handle is from me.

Coming Home by Xanthe [NC-17]
[Reviews - 29]

Summary: "Colonel John Sheppard knew, from the moment he first met Dr Rodney McKay, that the man would be trouble."

This novel-length story is set entirely in an AU where bisexuality and consensual BDSM are the cultural norm. It is a prequel to my story "General & Dr Sheppard" but you don't have to have read that to read this.

Comments: so I will never lose it again. Too good for that. The story that is not me.

Summary: John makes a fumbling attempt to correspond with Jeannie about her brother, and starts an email volley that intensifies with every missive.

Summary: Sequel to "Keep Holding On". Rodney is learning his place within the pack, but it's a long journey, and there are a lot of bumps along the road - including an offer Rodney, two months ago, would not have hesitated to take. (Appearances of Characters from SG-1. All pairings excepting McKay/Sheppard background. Spoilers for SG1 Seasons 2 and 3, and maybe more after.)

Repellent by Neena [PG-13]

Summary: It was Rodney's nature to be repellent. It was the Pegasus Galaxy's nature to take it to the next level. It took volcanoes, Wraith, genetic experiments and Genii to show Rodney that not everyone sees him the same way.

Summary: The Ancients' genes didn't just confer the power to activate their technology. For ten percent of Earth's population, like John Sheppard, the ATA gene also gave them Gifts: special abilities that made them admired, envied, and feared.

Sheppard was a Charmer, one of the feared ones, whose particular Gift let him create faith whenever he needed to be trusted or believed. But Sheppard didn't trust himself not to destroy what he loved most. And somewhere along the line, amid the terror and chaos of the Expedition's first year in the Pegasus Galaxy, what Sheppard loved most had become Rodney McKay.

McKay didn't trust anyone. As soon as you started trusting people, you started counting on them, depending on them, and that was when you became vulnerable. And vulnerable things didn't survive. So just when, exactly, had he started trusting Sheppard?

And what was going to happen, now that he did?

Replaced by Reflex [PG-13]

Summary: They may not have tried to hurt him intentionally, but their actions could not have cut deeper than by confirming his suspicions - he was tolerated because of the things he could do, but he had no real friends on Atlantis. When it had come time to prove otherwise, Rodney had stood alone against Greenwall.
