Oh, that was just great! I love your Sam Beckett and I liked that he got to interact with Sheppard, too. You had a great Rodney voice and I loved how you explained the whole lemon 'inicident.' Very nice!

Author's Response: Thank you! I had such fun writing this story and it's great to hear that you enjoyed it! I was hard on both John and Rodney at times, but of course there had to be a happy ending because I'm just a sucker for those :)

Summary: Rodney has never viewed himself as a particularly self-sacrificing person, but standing in his burning city, watching the last jumper headed for the mainland take off into the night sky, he finds that what he feels is more relief than fear.

As much as I hate to think of the fall of Atlantis, I love the stories that show the aftermath and maybe a hint of a promise of a happy ending for John and Rodney. Very nice!

I was fascinated this episode and thought there was so much more that could have been done with it. I love this view inside to see what John and felt and experienced at Thalen's hands! Very well done.

in the kitchen.

That was great, and hot! Loved it.

Summary: Rodney didn't put up a fight or even bitch about everything that had apparently gone wrong with the mission; in fact, he just leaned against the sink, eyes closed and silent.

OMG, that is just about the sweetest fic ever! *happy sigh* I love John taking care of Rodney. And sleepy, tired Rodney, trusting John to take care of him is the best. Oh, yeah ;-)
