LOL. Thank you for this. I needed a good laugh.
But Gates is neither Wraith nor Goa'ald. He's a Borg. (sorry, wrong fandom) Replicator maybe?
Author's Response: Oooh... a Borg! I like that. "I am Gates of Borg. Resistance is futile. You will be appropriated." :-)
Cameron Mitchell is sure that his own 'mate with me to secure the survival of our species' request is just a mission or three away.

Oh brother. Sheppard as a stud for breeding... Yep that sounds like McKay. And if Sheppard is not going to tell, then McKay will. If only to insure Sheppard gets lots and lots of teasing. And that SG-1 is keeping up with the going ons in Atlantis.
Very nice little fic and a good way to show that Mitchell is still a bit of an outsider.
Author's Response: Sadly, the plot with Sheppard is canon. :)
It would be *weird* if Mitchell fit in better than he has -- they're welcoming, but he's still Shemp.
Oh I just love this fic. I love the idea of Sam, Daniel and Teal'c reading the reports and treating Mitchell a bit like a little kid that has crashed their study group.
Sheppard as a stud for breeding purposes... McKay may at time use ten words when three would do, but at times he can get right to the point.
I particularly liked the end, when Landry arrives and is only one that notices the head gear... His almost off hand comment is perfect. And I can hear Beau Bridges voice saying that line...
Author's Response: Thank you. :)
Episode Tag: The Return, pt. 2. Jack O'Neill has a talk with John Sheppard and Ronon Dex. Written as a response to a suggestion by jrldsmith.

Nice. I could see something like that happening off screen. Very nice.
But I don't think that Ronon would let McKay study his gun either.
Author's Response: hehe...I think you\'re probably right about McKay touching Ronon\'s gun...LOL. Thank you for the review. I really appreciate it. \r\n\r\nMA
Rodney remembered this, too, how Jeannie pulled away from people, physically and emotionally, when she was hurting.

Very nice. I liked the hints of the shared childhood and how Rodney was there for Jeannie at her time of need...
Teyla finds she can accept Ronon and Rodney's reactions; John's, though, is another story.

Wonderful. I loved this look into Teyla as she deals with the not so supportive reaction of someone she thinks of as family.
I also loved Rodney's reaction. It was just so him...
