Summary: (Written for fififolle) A Kavanagh-is-an-axe-murderer fic, because if people think he's so evil he might as well thoroughly be that at least once. ;) Also has a little Kavanagh/Simpson in a twisted way.

Weird. Worryingly convincing and sick. And that's just Kavanagh!!! Nice work though. Tell me, did you enjoy doing this or was it an excercise in writing?
Author's Response: I don't think enjoy would be the right word...I'd say I enjoyed crafting the story - but the subject matter still disturbs me. Generally what I liked the freedom this sort of scenario gave to what could be done, considering he really is that evil here, and it was a challenge, one I felt satisfied to have finished. I'm a bit amused a few people still sympathise with him (going on other reviews, elsewhere), because I wasn't trying to write it as that, just for him to have reasons - for it to not be simplistic a portrayal because I doubt most killers are, or think they are at least.
Chapter 1: The Human Animal
Summary: The harsh smell of smoke and burnt flesh was probably still heavy in the air, but Rodney's nose was so clogged with his own blood he couldn't be sure.
Updated: 22 Mar 2006; Published: 22 Mar 2006
Waaaahhh! you killed them all!
-and you did it *so* well!
Author's Response: thank you, i guess. :)
Summary: No one should ever discourage a child from something safe that gives him joy. At a village celebration, Rodney Mckay finds something he thought he'd lost forever.

Very, very nice! I like the notion of a child showing Rodney the way back to his music.and yes, fandom hasn't forgotten the music at all.*g*
BTW in my 'verse -Radek plays the violin!
Author's Response: Compliments mean a lot when they come from you! I like your fiction very much. I've noticed that my kids (students) and my little one frequently help bring me back to things I loved as a child.
Summary: It's April Fool's Day on Atlantis and things get a little crazy with a Cornflake bombarded Colonel and a Major who was in love with his toliet.

Poisson d'Avril!!! nice idea, but in the UK at least, traditionally the pranks have to stop at midday. Obviously, the rules are different when you're 30 million LY away! *g*
Summary: Atlantis needs brains!
Updated: 01 Apr 2006; Published: 01 Apr 2006
Oh dear, oh dear! I can't typo for the tears! You seem to have sidewiped an awful lot of stuff in passing ("Spock's Brain" for one!)and I loved the little asides between John and Teyla. Thankies for that. :)
Summary: [S2 Spoilers] Tag to 'Conversion'. Carson should be caring for his patient and lover, but his mind is on other things...
Updated: 03 Apr 2006; Published: 02 Apr 2006
Wow. *is amazed* that really shouldn't have worked but it did. And then you made it hot/kinky/wierd on top and that just made it better. Very very nice, thank you :)
Summary: There are a lot of things John Sheppard never wanted to do. Ridding Rodney of a Goa'uld is possibly the worst of them. Contains
temporary character death and very explicit images. Please do not read this if stuff like that offends you.

Aaargh, argh, argh! Terrifyingly well written and very graphic and emotional. Looking forwards to the next bit. :)
Author's Response: thank you very much. :)
Summary: Ten-plus years of illustrious service in the U.S. Armed Forces -- okay, maybe not so illustrious that last part in Antarctica -- only to be outed by a damned horse.

Oh, hee hee! The line He prayed he wouldn't have to blow away a creature that for centuries had represented innocence, because that would be just too symbolic, especially for the Pegasus Galaxy. had me ROTFLOL! wonderful phrase! Th e rest of it is pretty good too!:)
Author's Response: Thank you!
Yes, John would have found shooting a unicorn to be more than a little depressing.

Seriously, powerfully, erotic. *applauds*

Oh yes! Datsun??? *howls* so good I *hurt* laughing. Wonderful, and so, so Rodney.Thank you kindly :)
Author's Response: You know the Datsun thing? I totally didn't realise I'd done that until after I posted the story here. I blame it on looking for a second hand car recently -- car brands have infected my brain.
Summary: In the wake of Ford's departure, John finds the old videos for home. Spoilers through Seige Three.

Hello! this just gets better and better. You really *have* Rodney's voice, there and John is reading well too. This is a first fic? *Wow!* very accomplisehed. :)
Author's Response: Thanks! I've been concerned about John coming through, since I'm not sure I really understand all that is John. I'd read a lot of fics, but never written one, and then I just had to write about the video.
Summary: In retrospect, contracting a business management consultant to review the personnel interaction on Atlantis wasn't the best idea Elizabeth Weir had ever had.
Updated: 04 May 2006; Published: 04 May 2006
*falls off chair laughing* Oh very good. Loved the way they all ganged up on the consultant slowly! Shooting is too good for people who *actually* use non-words like incentivise.Give 'em to the Wraith-it'd kill em much quicker than Carson's retrovirus!!!
Author's Response: Shooting *is* too good for them...
Summary: Savor every happy moment.
Updated: 22 May 2006; Published: 22 May 2006
oh yes! Chocolate*and* inteligent flirting?
*can die happy now*
Thanks :)
Author's Response: Hee!
I'm happy to have entertained you. It was fun to write--and do all the research. ;)
Summary: The word, the tone, commands obedience and Rodney is startled at the thrill that zings through him. Spoilers through 2.05 Condemned. ~3000 words.
Updated: 24 May 2006; Published: 24 May 2006
very, very nice. And, did I say hot? but also in character and firmly grounded and it says something about them both.
*Very* accomplished. :)
Author's Response: Thank you!
Summary: "What do you mean, what am I doing... in the buff and in Carson's room... what are YOU doing here?"
Updated: 25 May 2006; Published: 25 May 2006
Aargh! Argh! Argh! *falls off chair laughing*
You're *evil*. But I like you! :)
Author's Response: Why, thank you for the compliment... and we like you as well ;)
Summary: John knows he's disobeyed.
Updated: 27 May 2006; Published: 27 May 2006
Intriguing. Mostly because it's hard to see Carson as the Dom when the medical side would be taking over. Oddly enough this works very well here, and I don't normally enjoy BDSM stuff. So thank you! :)
Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Summary: kissingchaos9 challenged me to use these lyrics as inspiration:
We might kiss when we are alone
When nobody's watching
We might take it home
We might make out when nobody's there
It's not that we're scared
It's just that it's delicate
--Damien Rice, Delicate

Nice. Really, really nice. thank you! :)
Summary: Rodney's wishes are John's command.
Updated: 29 May 2006; Published: 29 May 2006
Hon, i don't know what you are on, but it's goooooood stuff!
No, really! ROTFLMAO here!
Summary: For some the ultimate price isn't death. Rodney whumping
Updated: 30 May 2006; Published: 30 May 2006
You made me cry...*sniffs*
Summary: A mental component, Rodney told him once. You control it with your mind.
Updated: 31 May 2006; Published: 31 May 2006
Uhh. From subtly *wrong* to full out schizophrenia by misdirection. Nasty and worryingly beleivable.
Haunting work.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you liked the progression.
