John has some very special reactions to Canadians. Or is it just one Canadian in particular?

Oh wow! And this just *works*. Normally I find this sort of "predestined" thing icky but you got it just right! thank you kindly!
Author's Response: thank you! glad this didn't make you squick. ;)

Bloody gorgeous! Like the not-quite-manga style!
Author's Response: Thanks!
Interesting that people still see the Manga in there (ok, you have to read it like one, granted), although I thought I was past that... apparently not. *shrugs* But what can you do, if one did draw only manga for nearly 3 years and then tries to change it rapidly to a more American style? Still have some way to go, I think, but I'll get there eventually... hopefully.
Gorgeous! Beautiful layout and design. I love how you've incorporated the Ancient achitecture into your style.
More please? :D

I have been reading this and thought I should comment. This is extraordinary! I love the slow build, the retro-exposition of events on Silicis and the hints of something else. A non-euclidian City, hmmm. I'm hooked and can't wait to see where this ends up!
Thank you kindly!
Author's Response: So glad you're enjoying! I'm having way too much fun spinning this out, so it's very nice not to be the only one.
Chapter 11: The Garden Room
There it is...the dreams are not dreams and Rodney is getting closer and closer to seeing it. Damn fine read.

"Asshole," John growls affectionately, kissing his neck. "You always have to spoil my fun."

This is fascinating! The sentence structure should make it bitty but it holds together to make a coherent whole!
Blindingly good stuff! :)
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I was worried about the fic not making sense, or annoying people with how fragmentary it is, but that it worked... Yay! Am happy writer.
