That was wonderful! I liked the mention of Radek's past in Prague, and what life he was living in Berlin. I loved how he handled Davis and Phillips. thanks so much for sharing.

Author's Response: I lived in Berlin for over three years. I was there when the Wall fell and had visited East Berlin twice before it happened (shiver). Radek would have grown up under Communist rule, with all that implies, and I can see him being wary of a visit by government or military of any country. I did enjoy putting bits of Berlin in the story, though. It\'s a beautiful city. I\'m pleased you liked the story.

Summary: It wasn't until they were changing planes in Portland that it really hit Rodney that he was taking Teyla with him to the very important - read: planned-his-entire-leave-around - physics conference in San Francisco.

That was awesome! Rodney and Teyla were good together ;)

Summary: Trapped with an injured Sheppard, McKay learns a lesson about carnivals and Ferris Wheels

Awesome! I loved how Sheppard beamed Rodney way out from left field. That is so Sheppard! Thanks for sharing.

Summary: Three semi-intelligent Air Force Lieutenant Colonels in the room, and he got stuck with the one who had most recently tried to kill him.

Snicker! Now I need to see Rodney bent over the couch. Loved the sex, loved how poor Rodney felt when SG1 was around. Wouldn't mind exploring some of the Carter/Sheppard interactions, either :) Thanks for sharing.

Summary: It was all a big misunderstanding. Until it wasn't. A series of vignettes spanning three years, following the unexpected relationship between Miko Kusanagi and James Cushman, her team leader.

Snicker. Do they really still use that word, gaijin? And how much of a faux-marriage is it? I'd like Miko to be happy.

Author's Response: Gaijin is still very much an active term in the Japanese language, and the associated stigma can be harsh. It\'s one of those things where it evolves a bit different than the norm - first there were the jokes, when they worked together in Atlantis (and, really, everyone on the teams ended up married to everyone else by the end of the first year. It was just a stepping stone in doing business with certain cultures); then there was the confusion when Cushman was in the hospital; then there was the no strings attached sex when he visited her in Japan when he had leave; then there was the harmless joking in the Tokyo marketplace which led to a meeting with her parents; then there was the completely straight faced discussion about her obligation to pass on her natural ATA gene to the next generation, which led to all kinds of other things. At that point, they just sort of gave up the ghost.

Summary: "What'd you think he meant, Colonel?" asked Lorne, reclining in Rodney's bed. "Gay as in happy? Because this is McKay we're talking about here. The man makes a profession out of being miserable." Evan Lorne/Rodney McKay; Kate Heightmeyer/Elizabeth Weir.

That was an interesting ending. Doesn't bode well for Kate and Elizabeth. At first I thought Elizabeth was joking about John being affected by Ancient technology. I didn't think he was being particularly homophobic at that point.

I really enjoyed this fic. It was very different. And I loved the opening scene :) Thanks for sharing.

I think Kate and Elizabeth will be fine with each other, but I think it\'s going to take a long time for their trust with John to be rebuilt (not to mention John\'s friendship with Rodney and working relationship with Lorne).

This is awesome!! I thought it was a Sheppard/Lorne fic, then I was a little disappointed to see that Lorne and David were an item. Then, I was excited that it might again be a Sheppard/Lorne fic. Regardless of that roller coaster, I have completely enjoyed reading this story.

And I love what David has done, and that his sacrafice is what gave Lorne the will to hold on.

I love the sympathetic Wraith, too. I was wondering at first if it was John's Wraith. I know it's stupid, but now I don't want that wraith to die. You really put some "humanity" in him in how he has recently acted towards Lorne. I can't wait for more.
