Greetings! Welcome to my SGA fic. I hope you enjoy my random scribblings as much as I love writing them and please feel free to drop me a line with any and all complaints and compliments through WB or through my LJ.
What an unusual POV to use! This was awesome! It's so rare to see fics written from the POV of one of the other marines, especially ones on earth who only have gossip and leaked reports to judge the expedition members by. And I loved the twist at the end when he realizes that he has a lot more in common with Sheppard than he thought. Well done!
What an awesome story! I loved how John realized he needed Rodney but absolutely refused to entertain the thought that he was gay. John's reactions and Rodney's reactions were heart breaking but so true. I loved it.
Well done!
Author's Response: Aw, thank you so much! I'm so very glad you enjoyed the story. :)
I loved this story! Rodney is just the right mix of impatient brusqueness and calm kindness. I also loved John's old knee injury. It helped remind people of the fact that John had seen a lot of combat before ever stepping foot onto Atlantis
Summary:Rodney finished replacing the gag and looked the kid straight in those clear blue eyes. "You should tell us what we want to know. Your people took our friend. We want her back." ~7500 words. Potentially disturbing subject matter.
A very powerful and dark fic dealing with a side of John that Rodney doesn't like but knows is a part of him and is necessary. I really, really liked this. Thanks
Author's Response: Thank you so much for letting me know you enjoyed it.
What a powerful and dark fic! Ever since I read this, I always stare at the wristband and watch John wears on his wrists. Haunting and beautiful.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review. It's extraordinarily gratifying to learn that you think of my story when watching the show. John fascinates me, and I'm always trying to get at the darkness I think he mostly keeps to himself. Thanks again for reviewing!
These are my favourite kind of h/c fics! Ronon making John show him his hand even after John told him he was fine made me smile, but best of all was Rodney. John comforting him and trying to make him laugh was so sweet.
Thanks for an awesome story!

This is one of the saddest and heart wrenching stories I've read in a long time. John feeling like he was letting Rodney down since a protector isn't supposed to outlive the person he is protected was such a John thing to do and then Rodney telling him to protect the children instead was beautiful.
The best part was the letter Rodney left him.
Overall, I absolutely loved this story. Thank you.
Author's Response: Thank you so much! The letter is my favorite part and it was the hardest and easiest part to write.

What an awesome ending to an awesome story! I think my favourite scene in the past couple chapters was Rodney taking his pillow and sleeping in the infirmary. So sweet! I also really liked the continuing argument between John and Rodney concerning John's job and what it entails. John wouldn't be able to live with himself if he didn't do everything possible to save the people he cares about, but at the same time, those people he so desperately wants to protect wouldn't be able to keep going as efficiently if he weren't there.
Thank you for a fantastic story! This one is definitely going on my favs list!
Author's Response: Thank you so much. I had such a good time exploring the John/Rodney relationship. As a writer it's always cool to hear what touches people, thank you so much for sharing!
