Summary: Sequel to "Keep Holding On". Rodney is learning his place within the pack, but it's a long journey, and there are a lot of bumps along the road - including an offer Rodney, two months ago, would not have hesitated to take. (Appearances of Characters from SG-1. All pairings excepting McKay/Sheppard background. Spoilers for SG1 Seasons 2 and 3, and maybe more after.)

Poor obtuse John. He just doesn't get it...yet. I love your conversation between Rodney and Ronon. Ronon is one of those characters that says so much when he isn't saying anything at all and you brought that in their conversation smoothly.

I get so excited when I see that this has been updated. It always makes me squee with delight!

Summary: You know how everyone wanted to see the scene where Rodney found out about Teyla's pregnancy? This isn't it. It's sometime later...

Author's Response: In all honesty, I have to admit that i\'m currently a bit stumped as to how to get these two together in a third chapter. Also, the idea of combining the rubber fist and the kilt in some way is posing a bit of a challenge too :(

There is going to be more, right? Please tell me there is going to be more! There are so many questions to be answered. I mean, you can't write this great little piece here, end it on a cliff hanger, and then not continue it. It just wouldn't be very nice.

Author's Response: I\'m working on re-visiting the universe. So far John\'s a bit dumb-founded upon meeting his other self, so he\'s having a hard time forming complete sentences ;)

Summary: Rodney doesn't know how to do this alone anymore.

This is the first time I have read this, I am sorry to say. I'm cursing myself for not immediately diving into this when I first saw it. It is so painful and so beautiful at the same time.
I was almost in tears at the end of the second chapter. The heartbreak that each of them is feeling...
The third chapter was...stunning.The anger that Teyla feels jumps out and latches onto you. I can absolutely see her do this for one of her team.
Phenomenal!

Summary: John makes a fumbling attempt to correspond with Jeannie about her brother, and starts an email volley that intensifies with every missive.

This was such a great begining! While I am quite sure that Rodney does need a day off, it sounds as if everyone else needs a day off as well...from Rodney. Poor guy!
I totaly agree with Rodney on the whole 'knitting is supposed to be relaxing' thing. I tried to take up knitting once. I pretty sure that after the third time of nearly strangling myself I put the needles down!! :)

Author's Response: I was rather fond of that line. I almost changed the name of the chapter... ^__^ Yeah, it either clicks or it doesn\'t. I was ready to give up right until I had my epiphany.

Summary: Little sister messes around with big brother's love life. Um, I needed access to the internet for Rodney (and better access to Jeannie) so I moved them from Atlantis to SGC - otherwise follows canon.

OMG! I laughed all the way through this little gem. The bickering between Rodney and Jeannie was amazing. Your Lorne was spot on, especially with the 'ok-ay' and all.
Could you write more of Lorne and Rodney together? Pretty please?

*squees like a little girl* This was so fantastic!!! I read this and had to go and immediately read your other fics for this 'verse. Simply wonderful...all of them. I just love Mike and Gus together. I haven't seen either character in action, but you explained them so well that I didn't have any trouble sinking them into my brain.
As for your little foray with John and Rodney...I loved it! I also loved Ronon's shirt. It was brilliant!
I hope you write more with Mike and Gus as well as John and Rodney! *waits patiently by the computer while contemplating going to the phone booth for some fun*

Summary: Rodney has to get John out of trouble with the ancient devices he can't resist activating, and John has to save Rodney from the usual suspects trying to kill them. John drives Rodney up the wall sometimes, but that only makes him like the man more.

Oh, poor boys! Angst all around for them. I do hope that they work things out.

I can hardly wait for the next update, but as I realize that life has this nasty ability to get in the way, I will be patient. ;)

Ooooo...I sense certain people are going to have to cuddle quite close for warmth later! ;)
