Hey everyone. I'm Ravenfur, a real, honest-to-bob human being from a place with a government. Kinda obscure, eh?

Well, a bit about me for those who want to know. I'm female, over eighteen and I love to read and write. When I'm not trying to work on an original fiction piece that I hope to get published, I'm wasting time reading the wonderful fanfiction found all across the internet. I enjoy writing and although I have fantastic ideas I am very easily distracted by a new idea. This explains the long time between updates as my muse is currently exploring some other idea.

Fanfic wise, I'm interested in Doctor Who (specifically the first two seasons of the new series,) Stargate: SG-1 and Atlantis, Star Trek: Voyager, House (again, the first two seasons), Harry Potter and NCIS. I'm rather shippy, and pretty ardent about my OTP's.

Any Stargate stories are cross-posted both here and at Fanfiction.net.

[Reviews - 29]

Summary: "Colonel John Sheppard knew, from the moment he first met Dr Rodney McKay, that the man would be trouble."

This novel-length story is set entirely in an AU where bisexuality and consensual BDSM are the cultural norm. It is a prequel to my story "General & Dr Sheppard" but you don't have to have read that to read this.

Alright, Xanthe, you better share whatever creative drugs you're on because this and the original in the series are both pure gold. Based on pure heat alone I could probably power all of China with it. You got into the mindspaces perfectly and that's one of the most important things in writing a BDSM fic. Awesome, awesome, awesome work. These two are definitely ones I'll come back to and re-read. Thanks for writing such great fics!

Author's Response: Thank you so much! As for the creative drugs - nothing stronger than tea, sadly *g*. But LOTS of that!
Chapter 1: Chapter One - Trouble With a Capital 'T'

Summary: This was inspired by that wonderful moment when the doors close in front of Woolsey. Is the city sentient? And if so, what is she trying to hide from him?

This story is wonderful. I love stories from interesting points of view and your interpretation of Woolsey was spot on. Semi-sentient Atlantis was fantastic and her guiding Woolsey to the truth while making him see her point was great. Awesome little line about Teyla and her ass-kicking sticks, that made me laugh. Great work on a wonderful story!

Author's Response: Gosh - blush! Thank you!
Chapter 1: Chapter 1

You've done it again, Xanthe. Are you sure you're not taking any creative drugs? I don't think just tea makes someone write a universe this awesome... That being said, once I got into the proper NCIS-liking state of mind (probably my favorite show but not a lot of fanfiction out there about it that I actually like) this sequel blew my socks off. Or it would have, had I been wearing any. You know what I mean.

Anyways, I have to give you more kudos than I had for the first two in the series. You meshed the personalities perfectly with your BDSM 'verse and the pairings that were developed seemed perfectly natural. While I wasn't that fond of the Ducky/Woolsey (Bob Picardo was so much better as the EMH on Voyager than playing Woolsey >_

Author's Response: Thanks!
