I discovered writing fan fiction is a great way to relieve stress and it's just plain fun. My grammar/punctuation is HORRIBLE so please forgive me for any and all mistakes and remember, it's just for fun. :o)
I'd really love to co-author something so if anyone is interested let me know.
I'm totally a review junkie so please please please give me more! LOL
Summary: Getting electrocuted by a sculpture was the least of John's problems. The burns would heal again quickly. The whole thing with getting someone elses memories? Now, that was the actual catastrophe. It was just what he needed.
Oh interesting. So, is John going to remember being in love with past-Rodney at some point or what? I'm so damn curious! Post more quickly! :o)
Author's Response: Glad you find it interesting. And if I answered that question it would be telling! Can\'t do that :). The next story in the series is finished, but needs to go through editing and beta.
Summary: Rodney's assistants fluctuated on a monthly basis, no-one really stayed long with him, and it had been ages since he had gotten anyone good-looking – though, brains were more important than looks. Mostly the people they sent him though were morons finishing their thesis. Not like he'd start anything with a co-worker. Absolutely not. Well ... maybe, depending on how said co-worker saw the issue.
This is great. What will happen when John is called back?
Author's Response: As I see it Rodney will go with him. If he\'s worth enough to send someone to protect him then they\'ll probably still want him to join the project permanently. So Rodney goes with John and they live happily ever after, naturally!
Chapter 1: Dark Places, Deep Water, Crowds, and Ducks
Summary: Rodney had once overheard a group of Marines debating the likelihood of coming across a world with dinosaurs or, at least, very large reptiles on it.
Summary: His shoulders slumped as he absently fingered a branch of the aromatic fir like it was some sort of talisman that would grant him more time, or in the alternative, the right words to say.
Summary: Kate sighed. "Is there anything you'd like to talk about?" / John bit his lip. Then he blurted out: "I don't know how to be gay." / Kate smiled. "I think you're doing just fine." / Which, really, wasn't an answer to anything.
