Summary: Is Halling flirting with Beckett, or is he just really, really nice?

I really love this fic. I love rare pairs, mainly because it forces authors to think and not fall back on fandom standards. And the thought is clearly evident throughout this story. The cultures, the reactions, everything was wonderful. The only thing I'm left wanting is an AU ending. Right now this story could slip right into canon without a blip. But I don't want that now. I want Carson to have long moved to the mainland by the time Sunday comes around. I want them to clasp hands in front of everyone. Heck I would even take a homophobic response from Atlantis if it force Beckett to move. *Sigh* I'm happy with/for the fic, but I'm left yearning after more. Thank you for writing such a wonderful story. You sure you won't do like a ... spin off, and AU of your own story? Please?

Wonderful story. I really liked your characterization. The layers of personality and the slow development of CB and RM's understanding of "Brothers" It was really nice. The sex was hot but I think the one of the best scenes, besides the hilarious ending, was the kiss between RD and RM that started the real hook up. The rumbling sound the dieing braincells. Very nice. Wonderful story thank you so much for writing it.

Summary: Atlantis has been invaded and her people sold as slaves. Rodney struggles to survive his harsh new life and lives in hope of being reunited with his lovers - Beckett and Sheppard.

Wow. Just wow. This was amazing. The sensitive subjects were handled with sensitivity that is often hard to achieve in a fic. After all no one wants to imply that such deep wounds can be healed with a kiss, but neither does a reader want to read about years of therapy. Reminds me of a Harry Potter fic called Civil War, which is just as depressing in places but in the end truly fulfilling. I liked that each main character had a different trail, and different reaction. Also that being the loved one of someone hurt, can hurt in a very powerful way. I loved the Atlantis bit. I'm a fan of interfering!Atlantis though. The whole thing is a masterpiece and I thank you for such a well thought out, well told story.

I love Ronon, I love Carson. Never thought of putting the two together. It makes me feel dumb now cause this story just makes it make sense. Like "Duh!" One thing that a good indication of a well written fic is when you can 'hear' accents. I can feel the pauses that are Ronon's habit as he seems to asses things and see Carson nervous fumbling when he's out of his element. It makes for great story telling. I've now got a serious craving for more R/C and I hope I can find something long and juicy. This is actually shorter than I allow myself to read normally, but it sound to good to resist. I'm fond of Lorne, I love Radek, but i'm afraid I'm not sold on this pairing. You came very close though, and the story is a good read and very satisfactory. Imagining the scene on the beach was... very hot. I think the Rodney part was hilarious and perfect. I enjoyed reading this, thank you.

beautiful story. Very detailed. Almost to much so but I think it fits Z's intellect. Made it almost poetic in your discriptions. I loved the insight into Ronon. He is viewed as less intelligent, and really, the evidence of this is actually contrary. I love how he sort of creeps up on Radek. Watching him, getting closer, and than finally he shows him the journal instead of just saying anything. It's sweet. And the last part was the perrrrfect ending. I don't think I'd like this subtle Ronon on a regular basis, I like him blunt and determined, but this made a lovely contrast that I like. A really beautiful story. Thank you.

Summary: Earth is destroyed and a lone ship full of survivors makes it to Atlantis. A guilt-ridden and emotionally spent Daniel is able to find comfort and healing in someone that knows the pain of his loss intimately. Apoca!fic, Daniel Jackson/Ronon Dex
