I'm new to SGA, and especially to the fandom. I've just finished the second season and will be continuing with the third as soon as I can get my hands on the episodes. I ship McKay/Sheppard, and have a mild crush on Zelenka.
This was a great deal of fun! I'm not too familiar with Highlander, but I love everything about this - O'Neill's role, John and Carson's relationship, and of course - and most especially - John and Rodney. I think the idea of John and Rodney fighting with swords is hot! Ronon will fit right in when he arrives XD
Author's Response: Thank you! I had a crossover idea for this & no hook, & then idea of Rodney sword fighting was too awesome/funny not to do :)

This is incredibly sweet. I could almost feel how awkward Rodney was feeling, but then their natural ease with each other takes over. I love little moments like this XD
