Cam can't be blamed if upon hearing the words 'obedience collar' and 'John' in the same sentence he immediately thought of some creative uses.

More please! I love that you are continuing with this series. You definitely need to keep the collar for awhile. Just think of all the sexy things they can get John to do. Oh the possibilities. :)
Author's Response: Indeed, lots of possibilities
Elizabeth Weir had big plans for her proposed Atlantis expedition, but Cam Mitchell had no intention of joining it. He was perfectly happy with the sort of dangerous missions he already undertook and didn't particularly feel the need to go on a possibly one-way trip to a distant alien city. That was what he thought, at least, until he joined General O'Neill on a visit to the Antartic outpost, met an old friend, got shot at with an alien weapon, and found himself volunteering for the mission for reasons that he couldn't quite express. He was pretty sure John was to blame somehow.

Seems like a cool new take on Atlantis. Please hurry with the next installment of the series. It's really good, as all you stuff is.
Chapter 2: 2 - Conjunction
Sequel to The Only One--*Mild SLASH* Sheppard/Mitchell.
Since meeting John, or more accurately meeting John's parents, Cam had read more books on surviving abuse then anyone should ever have to read. He hid them in his office at work so that John wouldn't see them. Daniel knew about them because he would borrow them when Cam finished. Even McKay, with all his awkwardness, would hand Cam back a book that Daniel had finished and avoid eye contact before leaving the room.
Most of the pages had been hard to read. John was painfully a classic case of abuse. With every line Cam could see part of his husband. Sometimes he was amazed that John turned out as well as he did. Cam figured some of that was probably due to Patty and General Mason. The rest of it was because John was amazing.

The John in this series reminds me so much of Connor from BCD. Both seem so lost and broken yet strong at the same time. Both are so soft spoken. Please say there's another fic or two in this series! I love it. Second only to BCD.
Author's Response: Hey, I\'m glad you like it. When I started writing this series I was minutely aware of the similarities, I hope they don\'t distract you too much. I would love to write more, and probably will, but possibly not until after I finishe BCD, so I can concentrate on that fic. (I like how I say that considering I\'ve never been able to control my muse.) Cheers, Ace. p.s. BCD is my favorite too. =)
He knew he had to break her completely down to build her back up... John Sheppard/Laura Cadman (Dub-con, corporal punishment)

This is really good! A great story. A plethura of emotion from both Cadman and Sheppard. I really hope you continue on with this. It would make an awesome series. Sheppard was right on one thing; Laura will probably receive some serious sh*t from her fellow Marines and probably even some civilians. I hope you explore this when you write future fics in this series. I just need to say it again, great fic!
Author's Response: Thanks for the feedback! It really is an odd AU, and I really enjoyed writing Sheppard/Cadman. I\'ve got some bits scratched down for further scenes in this verse at some point. ~CJ
Chapter 1: Cadman's Choice (full)
They were stranded together against their will, but as they carved a life out of the wilderness, she became his woman because she wanted to... Ronon Dex/Samantha Carter

This was so good! I do have a small problem though. After Sam and Ronon were found, there was hardly any mention of John. He was Ronon's best friend and never gave up hope of finding them. You pretty much only mentioned Sam's friends from SG-1. I hope since you didn't mention a name for the new baby, that either his first or middle name is John. Other than the John oversight, I really, really liked this.
Author's Response: I\'m glad you enjoyed it! You\'re right, I did sort of ignore John in the ending. I guess in my own mind once he found them and brought them home, his part was done. I\'ve been thinking about a short coda to this that I can add on to a couple of things left hanging, John being one of them. Thanks for the feedback!
Chapter 1: His Woman (full)
Some inept wish granters from planet What The Fuck give John and Rodney a new way to relate to each other. Crackfic inspired by Manga!!!!
Updated: 30 Nov 2010; Published: 10 Nov 2010
This is funnier than hell! Isn't it going to be kind of gross for John when Rodney has to pee? Basically, John will be vomiting urine. Yuck! More soon please!
Author's Response: Oops. This is my fault for not ....describing better. It\'ll be more like, well, a whale spout kind of occasion.. but yes, not so pleasant for john, eh? Thanks for reading, thanks for commenting, THANKS FOR LIKING!!! Would it be helpful if I found a link to the Yaoi manga that inspired this?
Chapter 2: Attempted Spermicide
Rodney McKay is a U.C. Berkeley physics professor who absolutely cannot stand the new faculty hire, John Sheppard.

This was so awesome! However it's like eating chinese food. An hour later I'm hungry again. I need dessert. Got another fic in you? Maybe a porny little peice about John and Rodneys first time? I mean seriously, Rodney has never been with a guy before. There's got to be some humerous/embarrassing things that can happen their first fumbling time, right? Please continue this. Pretty please?
Author's Response: I might write a snippet a little later. I do see this scene as more comedy than anything else because, well, these two are inherently hilarious in my mind. Anyway, thanks for the very kind words!
