Summary: John and Rodney in the first year of the expedition. Sometimes love is a journey, sometimes it's a gantlet, and sometimes it's a baptism by fire.

Poor Rodney. First John helps and then collapses, then John makes a bad joke and crushes Rodney again. Rodney isn't the type of person to get a joke like that, at least not that early in their friendship.

Very nice. I'm glad John tried to help his friends. It's too bad Carson wasn't in the mood to be receptive.

Summary: After a rescue mission gone wrong, the team is stranded on an alien planet. In race against time, John and Rodney struggle with physical and emotional injuries.

Oh dear. Now they are all missing. Poor John is going to be upset when he realizes that he's attacked Rodney.

Poor guys, both having terrible nightmares. It sounds like Rodney's injuries are going to be troublesome, what with the infections and that John has tried to retreat permanently into his mind. I hope the awful scenes in his head will make him come back to the real world.

Poor Rodney. He's feverish, thinks he's killed John, thinks he's let Teyla be hurt and/or killed, wandered off by himself and fallen. To top it all off, Ford is mad at him. They just can't seem to catch a break, can they.

Summary:

Another wonderful chapter. I check every day for updates, usually a couple of times a day. Poor Rodney. He's being so stubborn, but I can understand why. His ordeal has allowed him to clearly see how his teammates have been treating him and that they only wanted him around when he began to be like them. I hope Carson gets there soon and helps Rodney. I hope the rest of the team has to grovel before Rodney has anything to do with them. Very good story. More soon please.

I love it that after all that scurrying around, Pete ends up in Elizabeth's office. It will be interesting to get an unbiased opinion of what happens during The Storm. I wonder what we will see when Rodney is being hurt?

Well, Jason is sure of himself, isn't he. I think John is right, he should keep a close eye on Rodney, I don't trust the ex. It might be mean, but I'm glad that Jason has been just as miserable as Rodney was and looking for him all this time. Nope, I wasn't disappointed at all by the return of Jason. More soon please.

Ouch! A nightmare that keeps restarting itself. A teaser indeed. I can't wait to read more.

I just love the teasing interaction between Rodney and John. The way Rodney is worried about his friends is touching. I've always thought they didn't show enough of Rodney's grief over his friend's deaths.

Hmmm, John seems ticked off that the outpost won't react to him the way other Ancient technology will. Maybe he's getting a feel of how everyone else feels. Eerie. They are being led to someone or something. Very good.

Well, at least that woman isn't living an endless nightmare. It's too bad that Ford had to kill her, but after all this time I wonder if she would even be sane. I like Rodney's attempt at nonchallance where John's attack was concerned.
