Wow this is an awesome story! Came to it via a rec on sgagenrefinders. I really enjoyed the ruse and the sleeping together as well as your descriptions of Rodney. Very good voices. Must now go see if you are still writing!

Hee! Well yeah everybody loves firemen mmmm. Rodney coming as a clown because John said to "be scary" ?!?! Too perfect. Write more soon! This is awesome!
Author's Response: Thanks for the review! Chapter 2 is up now and the final chapter is in progress.

This is awesome so far! I love Rodney as a gryphon and hiding himself so nobody knows! John has his work cut out for him. Very good John/Rodney characterizations - they are still them in this AU. PLEASE update soon!
The real reason Cam Mitchell threatened Rodney McKay with a lemon.

MMM! I love aggressive, possessive Cam and surprised, unaware Rodney. Please say you have more stories somewhere??? Or that you are writing more???
Author's Response: Thankyou raphe1. I\'m glad you liked my story. This was my first attempt at writing an explicit slash scene so I wasn\'t sure how it would turn out. I\'ve got a few WIP on my hard drive, so hopefully I\'ll get some time to finish them soon.
A ZedPM in exchange for Rodney? Not if Sheppard has anything to say about it.

About to be ripped apart by the psychic attack of a Wraith Queen, Telepath Rodney McKay does something no-one has ever done before: he reaches out. Warnings: Minor violence and mild language.

Wow, brilliant. I love psy postive Rodney and his battle with the wraith Queen - and of course how concerned he is about messing up John, who is of course his cool self. Please write more in this verse???
Author's Response: Thanks! *blush* John is definitely cool :D. The thing is, there\'s no doubt John would happily sacrifice his own life (and sanity) if it meant saving Rodney. Never mind what Rodney thinks about that. We\'re unlikely to add to this universe because we\'re writing a HL/SGA fusion right now that turned out slightly bigger than we anticipated, it\'s not completely out of the question in the future, though. We\'re very pleased you liked it.
Trapped on a remote planet with a hungry Wraith, what will Dr. Rodney McKay do to survive?
A/N: Story has been tagged with rape/non-con warning due to Ian's attempted mind rape in Chapter 20, just in case it might twig anyone.

Ok, I suppose it would sound really wrong and really rude to say "HURRY UP AND POST ANOTHER CHAPTER" but that is how I feel. :-) This is a really good story. It is an interesting and original premise. Your insight and characterization of the wraith are exceptional. I like how you get into his head and make him 3 dimensional. Thank you for posting this!
Author's Response: Wow! I\'m glad you like it so much you\'d risk being both wrong AND rude. ;) I don\'t think you\'re actually either - I\'m just happy you\'re enjoying it. Thank you! I found the idea \'fifteen months with a wraith\' in the challenge section of Wraithbait, but it was just the basic premise. The person who put it up left almost all the particulars to the discretion of the author. The idea of a wraith on his (or her) own has intrigued me as a concept ever since I first watched \'Common Ground,\' and wondered what Todd must have gone through in his years of near-starvation and isolation. (yes - that\'s a plot bunny I\'ll be working on eventually) I guess that\'s why this wraith character has so much to say on the subject, and why he\'s so 3-dimensional - because I never saw the Wraith as cut-out \'generic bad guys,\' and so much of their story is still waiting to be told.
