I am obsessed with writing. I lose sleep over the fact that I can't get my head to shut up. My muses talk non-stop into my ear and I have idea after idea for stories. I mostly write fan fiction but I occasionally wonder into an original story or even a poem. I'm a slash writer and the fact that Stargate: Atlantis has such a large slash following is fine by me. My favorite pairing is Sheppard/McKay, otherwise know as McShep. *snickers*
I loathe the sun and can be found wide-awake from 6 p.m. to around 6 a.m. I sleep during the day and am unapproachable until I have had no less than 10 hours of sleep. I am also quite cranky if I don't dream, which is a blue moon occurrence.
I live with both my parents and two cats. The older cat is a shelter cat named Boots; she is black with white paws. The younger cat is a gray tortoise shell named Little Bit and I rescued her off the streets. I have an older brother of 29 named Daniel who moved out five years ago.
I like pizza, macaroni n' cheese, mashed potatoes, pork chops, ginger chicken, and roast beef. I hate peas; tasteless little balls of green that they are. I like American, Mexican, and Chinese foods best. I love to cook, so for the past few years I've been the main chef in my house. Dinner is mostly my doing unless we barbeque, which my Dad won't let me near. Bastard.
I have a very active imagination, so watch your head. Also, please be careful wondering around. The muses like to jump people. And, yes, I am insane and proud of it.

This AU is delightful and something new. I’m glad that in this universe that Rodney got to play his piano. (Although, I must wonder where we fans got the idea that Rodney wanted to play the piano before becoming a scientist?) I can’t wait to find out more about this AU John’s past with the blond woman and how Rodney and John with get together in the end.
Summary: When Rodney is being culled, John suddenly has to deal with the loss of his best friend. As for Rodney, things get downhill from there.

Okay, so this is what comes of reading the Harlequin SGA website which triggers memories of reading a thousand Regency/Historical novels as an impressionable youngster (**eek**, no wonder I'm twisted). The result is this complete and utter
cliche **heh**.
I make no guarantees as to the accuracy of any of the historical/british terms and settings depicted in this story. They are from my fuzzy memory of romance novels. Nuff said.

LOL! Oh what a delight! Please update soon! I can’t wait to find out the past between the McKays and Sheppard and why he hates them so much. Plus, the complete turn around of Rodney’s character is so funny and yet totally believable with those circumstances.

I thought your first chapter was wonderful and creative as a stand-alone but I’m ecstatic you are continuing with it into a longer story. I smell a conflict with Sheppard brewing and I can’t wait to see what you do with it. Plus, it will be fascinating to see how Rodney interacts with Lewin and how he deals with Sheppard’s interference.

That was gorgeous. A true master of a fairy tale. I love fantasy and AU stories and this one is done wonderfully. I really loved the longer, fleshed out fairy tale for the Ice Queen. The short spoofs are cute and funny but a full length story is just awesome.

You know, I’ve read a lot of stories where authors try to inject magic into the plot and I’m always very disappointed. They are never good writers and their mistakes detract from the story. The magic is overdone and unbelievable. I can never get into the story. But I must praise you for avoiding those mistakes. There is no grammar or spelling mistakes. You present the possibility of magic in a believable manner and are putting a real effort into creating a delightful story. (tosses around fairy dust) Chocolate love and all that.

I love Discworld and I am so pleased that you wrote another Atlantis fusion. I can really see how you've improved your writing from the first part to this one. This story is smoother and more fleshed out than the first and is a joy to read. I hope you write more for this.

Aww, what a cute little piece of fluff from inside John’s mind. I like it. I always imagined that John would find certain things about Rodney endearing because he loved him and would put up with it even though the normal person would run screaming for the hills. Nice.
