I can't remember if I've posted a review yet but if I haven't, shame on me. I've been following this story for awhile and really enjoy it. Part of me wants Rodney to rebel against all that's happening and part of me wants him to be able to join the pack. I can't wait to see where you take this next.

I have a tendency not to review, even for the stories I really enjoy, which is not necessarily something I\'m proud of. ^^; I\'m hoping for there to be a little bit of both of - rebelling and merging, that is - but since I haven\'t gotten that far yet, it\'s still up in the air. :) Thanks for reviewing!

Author's Response: As tempted as I am to accept this, I\'m writing the sequel anyway, hopefully in time for the next 14 Valentines. That\'s not to say I wouldn\'t love for you to finish lessons, preferably with a happy, John/Rodney ending. *g*

I've never cared for Keller, especially after Brainstorm. The idea that she was trying to change him into what she wanted (humble? OMG) among other things just spoke to how she thinks Rodney needs to be 'fixed' in some manner. And that Rodney would willingly leave Atlantis? Okay, lets not go there but I love your story, it was very angst drive and poor John, if only he weren't so emotionally stunted and if only Rodney weren't so blind...though now that he's not, will he just settle for being grateful? Can't wait for your next chapter!

Wow, what a very, very painful way of shapeshifting (and rather disgusting). I enjoyed the story tremendously and liked that you touched on not just the main characters and their relationships, but also on some of the minor characters as well. I'd love to see another chapter on if Mitchell is able to interact more with Miko and even Kavanaugh. Would he eventually be able to lure them back to the dragon room and have them change back into humans and how would they react after so long as dragons? And what have they been doing all this time on the mainland? Love your story and would love to see more.

I like your interpretation of how events play out and what its like for the ones who can change into dragons. It's not cut and dry, neither is it easy by any means. Thanks for another chapter, hope to see more!
