Ah yes I loved this - absolutely loved the way you have written this. Sheppard needed a professional and Rodney had Zelenka "knock" some sense into him. Different approaches to therapy.

Author's Response: as i said, i don't know how many unscheduled gate activations they have in atlantis. so i decided that there were enough not to rise enough curiosity to actually investigate. could be the genii, after all. i know, it's a bit... strained, but it's for the sake of drama. ;)
Oh so sad. Rodney reliving all the horrors and they are reminiscing on Atlantis. Never the twain shall meet at this rate. Don't die Rodney.......

Well this is a bad situation. Will they view the crystal while Rodney recovers (if he recovers?). Nice to see there is a local that feels ashamed (as long as he doesn't turn on them....) This is a great fic, can't wait to see how it all turns out :D
Author's Response: Thanks. Yes, there is some guilt at work there - - and as for the crystal, he doesn't actually have it with him, but it will appear later in the story.
