If you're interested, I write gen and slash stories. Some are humorous, some are serious, some are sexy, kinky, smarmy, angsty, silly, scary, and sometimes just nice.
Someday I'll probably write het as well, but that day is not today.
I love Rodney McKay, and it shows in my work. I also love the dynamic between McKay and Sheppard, so I tend to focus on those two, but other characters do come to the front from time to time.
I hope you enjoy reading my stories as much as I enjoy writing them.
Summary: How much pressure can you take? How much are you made of until the fire's all gone and you're just burnt out?
Well, apparently, all you have to do is blow up a solar system.

Nice to see this story in progress again! Excellent chapter - I hope it won't be so long until the next? *looks hopeful*

Kavanagh is a Keeper! That actually would explain his attitude. And I love the bit about 'McKay wouldn't talk to anything that couldn't understand him'. LOL! You really should write the events that lead up to this.
Summary: The mousy secretary has to pretend to be engaged to the busy executive boss. You know, because that always happens. AU.

I read this on SGA_Flashfic, and loved it. Rereading it, I still think it's fabulous.
Chapter 1: Temporary Engagement
Summary: Weir's teasing gets her in trouble...
Updated: 03 Dec 2005; Published: 03 Dec 2005
Oh, that's really cute. Very nice.
Author's Response: Thank you! My first Wraithbait submission, kind word much appreciated!
Summary: Rodney is lost in more ways than one and the people closest to him must get him back.
Updated: 13 Dec 2005; Published: 05 Dec 2005
Wow! Just wanted to let you know that I *am* reading this, and I'm totally captivated. You've come up with such a strange and unusual scenario. Even if it turns out to have a sad ending, this is an excellent story.
Summary: Tag for Trinity: Rodney thinks he's tried hard enough by now.
Updated: 16 Dec 2005; Published: 13 Dec 2005
Oh, thank you for not killing him. Poor woobie, I'm eager to find out how everybody will react when they find out he's alive.
Author's Response: hah, i know what a woobie is! ;p i'm not writing everybody, that would be too long for the format of this story. thanks for reviewing! :)
Chapter 2: 2/3 Trinity's Suspension
Summary: This is a fic for TJ, who wanted an angst story based on the movie "Cube" starring David Hewlett. This is what I came up with. :) **Now complete with 11 chapters.
Updated: 05 Jan 2006; Published: 16 Dec 2005
I finally got around to reading chapters 3 and 4...and all I can say is, as usual, this story is fantastic. I really enjoyed Cube, and so far you've recreated the sense of fear, anxiety, and the feeling of being trapped just as well as that film did. At least I know you won't kill off Rodney and Carson...well, I hope you won't kill them off!
Author's Response: Nah . . . although maybe . . . *thinks about it*
Nah . . . although . . .
Oh my...'damn you' is right! What a cliffie. More soon please, you evil person!
Fabulous story...lots of harkening back to 'Cube', but a complete plot in its own right. I love the concept of it being an ascension testing device, and I love the depth you gave Carson's character.
Chapter 11: chapter eleven
Summary: When Rodney is being culled, John suddenly has to deal with the loss of his best friend. As for Rodney, things get downhill from there.
Set somewhere after The Hive, spoilers up to that episode.

Congratulations on reaching the end! Although I'm sorry to see it end, it was a wonderful ride. This is definitely one of my all-time favorite stories.
Author's Response: thank you very much! that means a lot coming from you. *happy*
Summary: McKay is eager to study new technology that offers a chance of preserving memories of the culled, but Atlantis's new trading partners want something in return.
Updated: 23 Jun 2006; Published: 30 Dec 2005
This story is *brilliant*. I keep checking back to see if there's any more to read yet. The fear of what the memory device might do to McKay was scary enough...the concept that *everything* that he is, is now recorded onto the crystal is horrifying. Just...wow.
Author's Response: Exactly, that's just it. With all of them being so concerned with the side-effects, they never considered the main effect itself. Thank you so much!
Oh jeez, what a place to stop. This story is addictive, I keep checking for an update. I really like the way you've written Midran and his different view on the morality of the memory copying/reading process. Excellent.
Author's Response: Thanks - - good to hear that I've got you hooked. I really enjoy writing the cultural interplay and it's great to know that it isn't boring.
Wow, I can't believe the end of the story is here...but it's a perfect ending. The thought of Sheppard waking up and *being* McKay is intriguing, and scary, and almost incomprehensible. I like the quietness of this ending, too.
The entire story is one of the most amazing and unique things I've ever read, and well worth the wait for the final chapters. Now I have to go back and reread it from the beginning, which is a very enjoyable prospect. This one is definitely going on my rec list.
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you caught (and liked, of course) the bit about Sheppard *being* McKay when he woke up - - it was a throwaway detail, but I'd hoped that it would have that kind of impact. Thanks so much for reading!
Chapter 20: Chapter Twenty
Summary: After a disasterous mission, Kavanagh visits an injured scientist whose life he saved.
Updated: 09 Jan 2006; Published: 08 Jan 2006
Your basic writing style is good, and I like your descriptions...but the plot is really confusing. I have to say that I have no idea what was happening, or how the flashback fit in, or what any of the characters were talking about.
Chapter 1: Shots in the Dark
Summary: "This is an insane waste of an invaluable resource. Can you imagine Niels Bohr dying of intestinal parasites? Enrico Fermi eaten alive by tsetse flies?"
Updated: 18 Jan 2006; Published: 18 Jan 2006
Mesmerizing. I love the fractured timeline of the story, the descriptions of the Night People, the slow and subtle explication of exactly what happened to Rodney.
I'm so pleased to see you back in fandom - and in Atlantis fandom!
Author's Response: Oh, good -- so glad the backward story-telling worked for you
Summary: This scene is an outtake from a version of "A Little Bit Crazy" that didn't get written, as mentioned in my
DVD style commentary of the fic. So I consider it an AU outtake. Which is another way of saying it's a porny little PWP that I indulged myself by writing.
Updated: 21 Jan 2006; Published: 21 Jan 2006
This is really lovely - I'm so glad you decided to share it.
Author's Response: Thank you!
Chapter 1: More Than A Little
Summary: COMPLETE! John develops telekinetic abilities after returning through the time-dilation portal. Spoilers for Epiphany.

I finally got caught up on this story. I'm so glad you've continued it - it's tremendously exciting. I'm eager to find out what happens next.
Author's Response: Thanks! I have to admit it's been rather tough to write. "Action" plots are not something I'm used to doing. But that only means I need to do more of them!
Chapter 13: Chapter Thirteen
Summary: John Sheppard is determined to bring to ruin the villainous McKay family. But young (ok, youngish) Rodney interferes with his plans.
Okay, so this is what comes of reading the Harlequin SGA website which triggers memories of reading a thousand Regency/Historical novels as an impressionable youngster (**eek**, no wonder I'm twisted). The result is this complete and utter
cliche **heh**.
I make no guarantees as to the accuracy of any of the historical/british terms and settings depicted in this story. They are from my fuzzy memory of romance novels. Nuff said.

I'm enjoying this quite a bit. It's a guilty pleasure, but I enjoy the roles you've given the characters in this. Please continue!

This was a truly remarkable story. I felt almost as broken as poor Rodney by the time I was about halfway through. I have to congratulate you on bringing me so close to understanding two POV's that are so alien to my own.
Also, thank you so much for your kind words regarding my own story.
