Started writing fiction for Star Trek: Enterprise about a year and a half ago. Got into Stargate: Atlantis when the series went into US syndie earlier this year.
I seem to have a tendency to arrive late to these parties.
I've written my first Atlantis fics 01/06. Nervously posting them here. You can find the ST: Enterprise stuff I've written at: http://entstcommunity.org/
Summary: The team explores a planet that the Ancients have mysteriously placed in a different file of gate addresses--and you just know that they had a very good reason for it. Oh, and there's this trench, see....

Great! I love McKay here. "Bridge" indeed, what a cocky b*stard.
Chapter 2: Part 2: Ski Runs in the Desert
Wow.
You write action very well. I'm on tenterhooks.
Chapter 6: Part 6: Flood Warning
Singin' in the rain, just singin' in the rain...
Great story, with a nice funny ending. Thanks for that.
Chapter 11: Part 11: Just Singing in the Rain...
Summary: The Atlantis crew fear McKay's genius has slipped into insanity. Are their worst fears realised, or is there something sinister at work?

Wow.
The bit with Rodney worrying the bandage on his hand was masterful. Really well done, chilling. Good God.
I like that all is not yet wrapped up neatly and tied with a pretty bow. After all, in real life, there would be repercussions to all that has happened.
Well done.
Strong ending. Beautiful, the boats, and a nice symbol. Really lovely, this chapter. Thank you.
Chapter 36: Back Together Again (Put Me)
Summary: The team discover an abandoned Ancient outpost and find themselves trapped in a ten thousand year old nightmare.

Summary: He's surprised he's not already dead. Or maybe he is dead. Maybe Rodney's little pockets of universes and multi-verses, which he talks about with such glee, all hold the ashes of a John Sheppard that didn't even make it this far.
Spoils season one.

Oh, interesting approach. Very good. Strong end.
Chapter 1: A Pocketful of Ashes
Summary: Rodney claimed he would have figured it out eventually, that he was a genius, and it was only a matter of time and - if case John hadn't noticed - he'd been a little busy saving Atlantis from imminent doom of one sort or another, so excuse the hell out of him if he wasn't actually aware that the head of Atlantis's military was pining away with big gay love for him.

Wow. The tension! I liked this very much.
You have John and Rodney's voices down. Nice use of humour.
Chapter 1: Part 1: Movie Night
Summary: Gilded cages are still cages. Sheppard and McKay turn to each other to survive a life in slavery and afterward.

I could smell the spices, feel the dry air on my cheeks, the silk against my legs, the feel of the brush against my skin. Richly detailed world, very well drawn, that made this story feel all the more vital and real.
I very much liked that it wasn't that they all went back to Atlantis and "went back to life on the show". There was no happy ending there.
Well written, deeply textured story. Beautiful and horrible, both.
Summary: Later, John isn't sure how it happened, or even why exactly.

This made me smile. And one of the things I liked best about it - well, apart from the writing, and the excellent characterisation - was how hot it was, without actually "showing" anything. I really liked that. Very much my thing.
Chapter 1: Par for the Course
Summary: "You're a lot more encouraging than my last friendly hallucination," Rodney says.
Written for SGA_Flashfic's Must Be Dreaming challenge.
Updated: 18 May 2008; Published: 18 May 2008
I very much liked the blurring of hallucination and reality, and I had NO IDEA that John was real. In fact, even once Rodney was "back", I still wondered - and that edge of disbelief made the story all the more enjoyable.
Great ending, too. Nicely done.
Author's Response: Thank you, I\'m so glad I could - well - confuse you! ^_^
Chapter 1: A Rational Universe
Summary: 'Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.' William Dement, In Newsweek, 1959.
Updated: 18 May 2008; Published: 18 May 2008
Oh, interesting! I liked this. Strong ending as well. Loved what Rodney said, and John's reaction.
Author's Response: :D Thank you! Glad you liked it :D!
Chapter 1: Dreams of the Quietly Insane
Summary: John sends Rodney the wrong message in a staff meeting.
Updated: 04 Dec 2011; Published: 27 Nov 2011
Like coffee ice cream, that was sweet and delicious.
Author's Response: Mmm, now I\'m hungry! Thank you, I\'m glad you liked it.
Summary: John is stuck in the transporter with Keller. Keller tries to pass the time with games. John works on being less of a jerk. Rodney's just trying to get John out.

Aww... sweet. I do feel bad for poor Jennifer, though. Nice story.
Author's Response: Thanks! I felt bad for her too. She\'ll find someone better for her, I\'m sure of it.
